I had a problem but they solved it
On vacation in Mexico I bought a pair of pants, very, very cute and very comfortable.... I wore them when I returned the day I was returning, I had a flight of about 10 hours to my country, and after just one use I found a loose seam. I claimed it at headquarters, with invoice, they sent me new pants to my country. At first it was not easy, since the import to Argentina is quite complex, and they put the address somewhat wrong, so instead of putting the address of my house, they sent it to the park across the street, so the pants returned to London, and I told them that maybe in the middle of the year I would travel to Europe and they could send it to an address there, then that trip didn't happen... and they tried again to send it to Argentina... and after 1 year arrived. Thanks for complying. Failures in a garment can occur, the important thing is what the response is. Greetings,
