Collecting Your Rewards

As a club member, you're collecting Psyloyals for joining, collecting Psyloyals for every £ spent, Psyloyals for spreading the word, referring your friends, and more treats along the way! Here are the different ways you get rewarded as a Psylo club member;

Refer Your Friends!

Share the Psylove by gifting your friends a 20% discount on their 1st order.
You'll get 2000 points when your friends make their 1st order.

It's £20 for you, 20% for your friends. Win-win!

TO GET YOUR UNIQUE REFERRAL LINK:

1. Log in to your club account, by clicking the 'Psylo Rewards Club' icon
(at the bottom left corner of this website)

2. Scroll down to find "Refer your friends" and click on it.

3. You will find "Your referral code" - share with your friends via email, Facebook and Twitter.

Using Your Rewards

To use your Psyloyals, make sure you're logged in to your account. You'll then be able to redeem your Psyloyals directly at checkout. Or you can exchange your Psyloyals for a voucher and use it later. Please note that discounts are applied on Psylo designs only and excluding products already on sale.

What is the Psylo Club?

The Psylo Club is our rewards program. The Psylo Club was designed to thank you as our loyal customer for being part of our tribe. By joining the club you’ll be earning Psyloyals that can be redeemed for discounts, free gifts and lots of extra bonuses along the way.

How do I join?

Simply log in or open an account here.

How do I collect Psyloyals?

First, simply log in or open an account here.

Now, open your Psylo Club launcher by clicking the at the bottom left corner of your screen.

Explore the launcher to find out your current balance and all the ways you can collect more Psyloyals!

How can I use my Psyloyals?

First, log in to your Psylo Club account.

Now, open your Psylo Club launcher by clicking the at the bottom left corner of your screen - you will find a list of all the rewards available for you.

You can also use your Psyloyals balance directly at checkout.

Please note: rewards are applicable on Psylo products excluding our friends' brands and items already on sale. 

Can I use my Psyloyals at Psylo’s flagship stores too?

For the moment, you can only use your Psyloyals when shopping at Psylo’s online and Camden shops. Hope you understand. 

Is there a limit to how many Psyloyals I can collect?

There is no limit to how many Psyloyals you can collect from shopping at Psylo online store. For every £1 you get 1 Psyloyals. No limit. There are also seasonal promotions when you get more Psyloyals for each £1 - so stay tuned for more!

You get 300 Psyloyals for each written verified review of your Psylo. There is no limit to how many verified written reviews you can write.

You get 500 Psyloyals for uploading a photo wearing your Psylo, up to 4 uploads a month.

You get 100 Psyloyals for following Psylo on Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitter once for each social media account.

You get 50 Psyloyals for sharing Psylo on Facebook and/or Twitter once a month.

Your special birthday happens once a year, and your 1000 Psyoloyals as a gift from us will follow (as long as you told us when is your birthday on the launcher )

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

There is no limit to how many friends you refer to Psylo. They get 20% off, and you get 2000 Psyloyals when they place their 1st order.

How do I review my Psylo?

Share your experience and help others find the right Psylo. You also earn 300 Psyloyals for each product review you write, and 500 Psyloyals for uploading your photo wearing Psylo.

If you bought your Psylo on this website;

You'll receive an email from us with a link to write your review, 21 days after placing your order. Simply follow the instructions in the email. You'll receive your reward automatically after submitting your review and photo.

Alternatively, log in to your account, in view your past orders to find links to your Psylo. Once you found your product page online, scroll down to the review section - where you can write your review and upload your photo wearing Psylo.

If you bought your Psylo elsewhere;

Find your Psylo product page by searching this website, or write to our customer care team with a photo - they'll gladly help you recognize the name! You'll then be able to write your review on the product page, by scrolling down to the reviews section.

I uploaded my photo, but didn't get my reward?

Our system can only recoginse your review as a "verified post-purchase review" if you purchased your Psylo on this website.

If you would like to write a review, or post photo wearing the Psylo you bought in one of our concept store - our customer care team will manually add your Psyloyals reward to your account, during our office hours.

Please note: we are only able to reward your account if you've already registered to the Psylo Club.

How can I get my birthday reward?

Here is how to update your date of birth and ensure you get your birthday reward - on time of your special day*;

1. Click the Psylo Club launcher on our website (it looks like this: ).

2. Log in.

3. Click 'Ways to Redeem'

4. Click 'Celebrate Your Birthday' to register your date of birth on our system.

5. That's it! You'll receive your birthday Psyloyals reward directly to your account balance.

* You'll need to update your details with The Psylo Club at least 1 month before your birthday to get your birthday Psyloyals!

Can I un-claim a reward?

Once you claim your Psyloyals, you'll receive a unique voucher code for the reward you chose. This action cannot be automatically reversed. So if you've changed your mind, did not use yet your code and would like convert back your reward into Psyloyals, you'll need to get in touch with our customer care team. Contact us here.
