I did set out to purchase a different shirt and so the website didn't reflect the actual stock on hand in real-time, so when I placed the order for the original item I quickly received an email from Psylo representative informing me that the shirt in the size/options that I wanted was no longer available. I'd made a mistake with my shipping address and Deniz from Psylo Customer Service was a complete angel in retrieving the package from the depot and then getting it out to me. I've been wearing the Kafiya range of jumpers for around eight years now - I have several colours and wear them all through winter, almost every day. The cut is really flattering, the quality is top-notch, the stitching is strong, the fabric holds its shape and colour really well. In short, it's about my favourite item in my whole collection of jumpers!
