Our worldwide shops’ opening hours are in-line with local governments’ regulations and are kept up-to-date on this website, Facebook and Google Maps.
Rest assured Psylo online orders are shipping as usual.
If there is a government mandate that changes this, we will be sure to let you know.
We use Royal Mail who are still actively shipping, and so are your Psylo orders!
We have additional daily measures in place for our packing team ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our team and customers is our priority.
We’re also temporarily extending our returns and exchange window to 45 business days until things get back to normal.
