Traces of the study of Alchemy and Astrology dating back to pre-delugian era, can be found in “mythical” stories. Modern humanity has written about Alchemy and Astrology since the 4th and 5th century BC. Evidence may be found in the metallurgical skills of ancient Egyptians and in the scripts of Greek and Roman philosophers.
Although Alchemy is most known through the story of transformation of metal into golf, it is actually the concept of manifesting energy into matter. Astrology & Alchemy are in essence looking at the same thing functioning on different levels or different realms. Astrology deals with the celestial and Alchemy with the sub-terrestrial realm. Understanding of both is crucial for one’s personal growth - an evolution.
Our fascination with both Alchemy and Astrology brought mystic and wonder to our daily lives, and became an inspiration for this collection.
