We believe that fair and balanced employment relations are important, both for the employees and the company. Hence, our employees are paid above the average local salary to ensure they will take home a living wage, in addition to the provided health insurance and pension. All of our employees are legal adults and receive overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. As a global company, our employees are very diverse, coming from different religious backgrounds. We respect their traditions and holidays, by giving them the necessary time off to celebrate their worship, or religious events and holidays. The establishment and maintenance of harmonious working environment are essential in keeping our high employees' retention rate. The management in our worldwide locations is local; therefore, it is sensitive to the needs of staff.

It is also important to support healthy and happy working environment in order to produce High-Frequency clothing. It is believed that in the creation of something new, the energy of the creator - in this case, our tailors, is mixed into the product. Therefore each Psylo garment, whether yoga clothes or clubbing dress, is blessed before leaving our factory. To cleanse it from any negative energy or vibration, or lower frequency, that might got into it in the process of creation.

As conscious people striving for a life of awareness, we take the utmost care of our environment and all life around us.

The majority of fabric that we use are natural, with some other synthetic material such as polyester and nylon spandex, which are often combined in certain styles for their strength, elasticity and colour stability. We upcycle our fabrics waste, by using them in our “Pecoa” Style - a patchwork design created from leftover pieces of fabric. The smaller shreds of fabric that cannot be included in our designs are then sent to a local manufacturer that produces household necessities. Our dyes, although not natural, are water based. They are being passed through filtering systems before going into the sewage system, decreasing the imprint left behind. Cotton covers 2.5% of the world's cultivated land, yet uses 16% of the world's insecticides, more than any other single major crop. This makes going organic on cotton a dire need. Most of our fabrics are 100% Certified Organic Cotton. Also, being organic means our cotton is not genetically modified. Global Organic Textiles Standard and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100

Psylo is working only with Global Organic Textiles Standard (GOTS) or OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabrics wherever and whenever possible.

The GOTS is the world's leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibers. This standard defines high-level environmental criteria along the entire organic textiles supply chain and requires compliance with social criteria as well.

The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is a globally recognised safety certification for textiles and textile products such as our bamboo and modal fabrics. This certification provides consumers with confidence that the textiles they are purchasing have been tested for harmful substances and are safe for use.

SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING

CLOTHES' HANG-TAGS: We use recycled paper for hang tags, attached to clothing with a hemp string.

INNER PACKAGING: Each garment is individually packed in a biodegradable bag made from cornstarch to protect it during its journey to you.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS: A recycled paper is enclosed inside the package, explaining how to return the item and ways to contact our customer care team.

ENVELOPES: We use 100% recyclable sugar cane envelopes for most deliveries. Sugar cane is an eco-friendly alternative to standard polythene mailing bags and is the greenest solution on the market. It is a bio-based naturally-grown raw material with no compromise on strength or quality. The CO2 taken from the atmosphere in the growing process offsets the carbon dioxide emitted through production and transport. For shipments with UPS or Parcelforce, we use 100% recyclable PVC envelopes provided by couriers to ensure a safer journey during shipment.

PACKAGING TAPE: We use 100% recyclable self-adhesive paper tape which has high elasticity and tear-resistance once applied.
