Ecovero™ – Next-Level Sustainability

Ecovero™ fabric is an eco-friendly, sustainable textile crafted from wood-based fibres, primarily from responsibly managed forests certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification). This fabric is derived from Lenzing™'s innovative closed-loop process, where the wood pulp is transformed into a fibre called Lyocell or viscose, minimizing waste and reducing water and chemical use compared to traditional manufacturing processes.

What makes Ecovero™ particularly sustainable is its lower environmental footprint: it has up to a 50% lower carbon emission and water impact than conventional viscose, and all chemicals used in the process are responsibly managed and recycled, reducing environmental harm. Its biodegradability adds to its sustainability profile, as Ecovero™ decomposes naturally, helping to prevent waste buildup in landfills.

Hemp-Cotton

Hemp cotton fabric blends the natural fibres of cotton and hemp to create a durable, eco-friendly textile celebrated for both comfort and sustainability. Hemp, a hardy, fast-growing plant, requires significantly less water and fewer pesticides than traditional cotton, making it a highly sustainable crop. When blended with organic or responsibly sourced cotton, the resulting fabric combines hemp’s strength and durability with cotton’s softness, creating a versatile, breathable material suited for a wide range of clothing.

This fabric blend stands out for its eco-benefits: hemp is naturally pest-resistant and improves soil health by restoring nutrients, while both cotton and hemp are biodegradable, reducing long-term environmental impact. Hemp’s high yield per acre and low reliance on agricultural inputs contribute to its sustainability, and the blend’s longevity means fewer replacements, helping to reduce waste over time.
